I'm Disappointed

I bought this product on BF before a trip to the mountains. Because we enjoy warm teas, especially on frosty days, I was especially excited about this thermos. To my surprise, it completely failed to meet my expectations. During my trip, I tried to blame it on the weather, although the temperatures weren't as low as winter in Poland. A few days ago, I tested it in spring conditions to drink some warm coffee. Unfortunately, two hours after brewing and closing the thermos, the coffee was practically cold. I consider this a bad purchase, considering what kind of company it is and what information appears in the product description and on the label.

Good But Spout Needs Adjustment

The thermal bottle keeps water hot for a long time and does a great job maintaining temperature throughout the day. However, I’m disappointed that when I pour, the water tends to run down the outside of the bottle, causing drips outside the cup or container. The spout design needs improvement, as it clearly requires adjustments to prevent leaking while serving.

Stopper Degrades

Bottle is great but as several other reviews indicated, the stopper degrades and when you pour water out of the bottle, you can see tiny green specks in the water.
