A Great Travel Cup!

I love this cup because it keeps my coffee hot for literally hours. I fill it at 8AM and at 2PM, it will still be warm enough to finish. My only complaint is that sometimes, when I unscrew the lid, I also unscrew the top of the cup as well. But it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

Great Heat Retaining Mug For Coffee And Tea At Work

I have the Stanley + Starbucks collaboration travel mug and I strictly use it for coffee and tea at work. I’ve used it to fill up in the morning Sat 6 am and it has kept my coffee or tea warm until 2PM. My only small complaint is that it is very hard to clean and ai highly recommend investing in a brush to clean the small crevices in the lid.

Poor Quality And Service

I placed my order on Feb 20th, thinking that I can make use of this coffee mug to hold some warm water for my winter walks. Well, I didn't get the product until March 12th, when the weather is already warming up. What was even more disappointing was there are scratches on the rim! I was expecting high quality standards from Stanley products. So, what am I supposed to do now? Start a returning process and God knows when it's going to go through? Needless to say, I'm very angry over this.

One Brilliant One Defective

I order two of these, one black one white. Sadly the black one was defective. The liquid didn’t stay hot for longer than 20 mins. And the outside of the cup was extremely hot!! The white one worked perfectly! Sadly I had to return the black one.

The Leakproof Works

I love the color and the leakproof design of this product — those features are great! However, when it comes to insulation, it really falls short. I put ice in it for my 35-minute commute, and by the time I get to work to pour my Red Bull inside, most of the ice has already melted. I also tried putting ice and the drink together, but after just about an hour and twenty minutes, the ice had already diluted my drink. For comparison, my 14oz Stanley Flowstate Quencher performs so much better, even with its more exposed straw lid — the ice lasts for hours in that one! Unfortunately, this cup just doesn’t hold up in terms of keeping drinks cold for the hours listed in Stanley’s description which is about 6.
