Great For Keeping Water Cold, Fragile Exterior

I bought this a month ago and on the first time I used it, we dropped it from about two feet above the ground and the entire exterior plastic cracked and popped a large softball size chunk off. We dropped it and they don't claim it to be drop proof but I didn't realize the exterior is just plastic. The product still works and the ice and water do stay cold for more than 24 hours so solid product otherwise.
