I love the small circumference as I have small hands. However, it tips easily and, more importantly, one CANNOT drink from it unless one tips it waaaaay up. I have two and would not purchase another. In fact, I don't use the two I have as it is too difficult to drink from them.

Awkward Size
The 20oz is way too tall for car cup holder and tips over with any turn. I spilled coffee all over my car and myself while driving because of this. Also, didn’t think I would find myself saying this about a coffee mug, but it keeps the drink way too hot!!! The design is awkward since it’s so tall, you need to tilt it so far up to drink and then it dumps steaming hot coffee into your mouth. I would get the 16oz if i was to get one again but I think i will go back to my reliable Yeti tumbler.
