Sweaty Mess

I purchased this IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler with hopes it would be as good as the quencher I own. Ice melts within 2 hours, cup sweats really bad on outside, water room temperature within a few hours. Straw remains in closed position and cup inside house in 75 degrees while all this happens. I will be sending back for refund. It is like there is no insulation at all in this IceFlow Tumbler.
