Peeling And Bubbling Paint

Purchased this in Feb of this year. It gets used once a week as it's rotated between other cups. The paint has now peeled and bubbled all along the handle. Very poor quality for an item less than a year old. Stanley's warranty won't cover it bc they say it is cosmetic. However, I really don't want paint chips falling into the cup as it's peeling badly. Reading comments online, paint chipping seems to be really common. Look elsewhere for a better quality product. My husband has comparable drinkware that's far cheaper that has been used and washed for years and the paint is still intact. These cups are too low in quality for their price points. It's going in the trash.
