Ice Melts Quickly

I bought this water bottle 2 days ago. I read all of the papers inside which stated it would keep drinks cold for one day and ice for 2 days. Unfortunately, I noticed that ice melts within an hour of filling my water bottle. I fill it with cold water first to prep the insulation, let sit, then dump, and then fill with water and ice. I just had higher expectations. Mine may be faulty but I do feel disappointed as I was very excited to get a new water bottle.

I don’t love this cup. I would go with a yeti. When I fill the cup with ice and move the straw and top off to the side the top part continuously falls off. The fit is not tight enough.
