My Dia De Los Muertos Stanley!

I placed my order online to pick up at the store 10/10/25 same day pick up ! Customer service at the store was so rude and not welcoming at all! They gave it to me in a clear bag. When I got home and opened it there was a scratch on one of the skulls. This is upsetting because they are no longer in stock so I can’t get a replacement!

Horrible Shipping

I was so excited to be able to get one of these before they sold out. It was my first Stanley purchase. Unfortunately, Dick’s shipped it out in a box with nothing but paper as protection and my cup arrived damaged. It’s now sold out everywhere. I am extremely dissatisfied with the shipping provided by Dicks, especially considering how much they charge for shipping. I even went so far as two make two separate orders for two different cups I purchased so that the cup would arrive safely. So disappointing.

Beautiful Design… Packaged Crappy For Shipping.

My new favorite cup! It’s sooooo pretty. I’m so glad I ordered it when I did!! I ordered 4. One for me, my 2 sisters and mom. The way these cups were shipped…. I’m lucky they made it without extreme damage. 2 of them have small scratches. They’re not super noticeable but could have been avoided if they would have been packaged better. Please ship with more care. Also wish they came in 40oz.

Damaged Straw

I ordered my cup online on 10/3/25. My cup was shipped and delivered on 10/6/25 with a bet lid. The cup is showing sold out. The cup itself is fine other than the bent straw. I reached out on the virtual chat and spoke with Jose. All he offered was the opportunity to return for a full refund or If I keep the cup I get a partial refund of 15%. All I want is the black straw replaced. He says they can't replace spare parts however I asked if they could just send me the 30 oz 4 pack core color straw for inconvenience and I was told no. This is so ridiculous and an inconvenience. When the straw to the cup was damaged during packing.
