Love It But Recently Got Disappointed…leaks

Love it but just found out after it tipped over that it leaks…thought maybe I didn’t tighten enough but then it happened again…I don’t understand, the spout is closed ?

Very Cute & Keeps Cold

Works very well and my ice stays frozen and drink cold. Perfect size for cup holder but the handle is a bit bulky, and the flip straw takes a bit of strength to flip open.
