Great Stanley - But Engraving Is Too Small

Great Stanley - but engraving is too small. The custom engraving process was super finicky. I tried multiple attempts uploading the required format, size and file type and multiple times would have the file upload rejected with no specific steps needed to correct the upload?? I had ChatGPT create a steel engraving ready png format at least 7 times. The file size was under 10mb as required and the upload continued to get rejected. And then at the end of the day - the output image on the actual stanley came out so small. Disappointing.
