Damaged And No Straw, Was It A Return?

I ordered the neon yellow color. I was excited to get it but it arrived dented and cracked on the bottom. It also has a flip top but no straw. Idk how it ended up like that, but I get the feeling it was a return. I have to deal w returning it and that color is no longer available. Customer service was nice but it's just a huge inconvenience to have to return it. If it had a regular top, I'd just use it but it doesn't.

My boyfriend wasn’t feeling the or age but it was on sale for a great price for a 40oz an he can take to work. He has a customized tumbler at home. Once I said the orange looks great and will be perfect I purchased! He son an d many others have complimented him on how good it looks.

Great Quality!

I love my Stanley cups!! I stay super busy during the day and my ice stays frozen and my liquid stays super cold, even for real long periods of time!
