Custom Picture Design Came Out Terrible

The rubber itself is exceptional however I added on customization and it was the biggest waste. The picture looks nothing like the preview and it isn’t straight or centered on the cup. I am very disappointed as there is no returns on custom orders and this was a gift.

Good, Except

I got this as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old and had it engraved with her initials. Everything is good except it came in the wrong color. I ordered pink, as shown in the picture, and it came in white.

Scratched And Dented

Arrived in a box with a piece of paper for protection while it was shipped, had a small dent and scratches in a few places (maybe a previous return?) which was super disappointing, but I bought it on sale so it wasn't worth me trying to return it. Dicks should definitely look into better packaging of items that can scratch and dent.
