Terrible!

I got this Stanley Quencher H2.0 Flowstate 40oz and I hate it. The straw sucks air in. You can hear it hissing. It’s so annoying. I have tried everything tighting the lid, tighting the straw. Making sure all the rubber gaskets are tight. I had my boyfriend do the same thing in case it was just me having an issue. I got the one that was wood grain color so I would just change to my clear lid but it looks tacky. Stanley needs to do better for the price that is paid for one! If I would have saved the receipt I would definitely take it back. Didn’t think I would need to save the receipt but I was wrong. 😑

Disappointed To Say The Least

I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life. Finally got a Stanley and I hate it. Its HUGE. Almost double the size of my 17 dollar knock off I wanted to replace. It spills immediately, the lid is useless. The straw it comes with is junk and it DOES NOT keep my drink cold anywhere close to what is stated on the product. My 17 dollar cup keeps things colder longer! My son is level 3 autistic and its just been so hard. Splurged on this cup for myself when I normally would never spend this much on a cup, but I thought "the quality will be worth it" uuuuh no absolutely not. I cried I swear I am so sad and disappointed in myself. Will never make that mistake again smh.
