Beautiful, But . . .

I love how beautiful my new tumbler is, but after washing it one time (yes, in the dishwasher; yes, it IS dishwasher safe!) it now has a very large faded spot next to the Stanley logo. I paid a lot of money to have this tumbler personalized only to have it ruined before I could even have a chance to use it! It is clearly written on the bottom of the tumbler that it is dishwasher safe! I put it in the middle rack and washed as usual, so nothing different about the wash routine. If it is truly dishwasher safe, then I don't believe this should have happened. Extremely disappointed!

Love The Color

This is my first Stanley purchase and I love the espresso and gold color! I have used Yeti’s for years and I can’t tell much of a difference with how the cups keep my drinks cold.
