The straw on the Flip Straw tumbler doesn’t stay connected when you put it in, so I frequently have to dig into the cup and reconnect it in order to get any of my drink to come through the spout. It has been happening since I first received my order and it’s very frustrating to have to keep trying to get it to work properly when it’s new.
