Careless Packaging For Online Purchase

Ordered online since I don’t live close to a store. Shipped and arrived as scheduled. Disappointed when I opened the box. Tumbler was only wrapped in brown shipping paper had damage all the way around. Scratched in multiple places, dented on the bottom and 100% scuffed across the base of the tumbler. This was a full price item and now I have to take the time to ship the return. Will not purchase from this retailer who clearly does not have the customers satisfaction in mind.
