I wish I purchased this sooner, makes best coffee!

Poor Filter - Grinds End Up In The Mug!

Its been only one month and the coffee does not stay contained, it ends up in our mugs! Full of grinds. I have been using a french press for the better part of 15 plus years and have never encountered this. I know how to grind the beans and my water to coffee ratios, etc., BUT they coffee grinds still end up in the mug. Such a shame because I’m a big Stanley fan and have purchased many products over the years.

Love It,... But.

Love: Stays hot, durable, great for camping. Dislike: doesn't strain the grounds very well. We had to buy a small strainer to avoid getting grounds in the cup. I reached out to Stanley to see if this is normal or if ours is a defect and have not heard back. Without this inconvenience I would give 5 stars for sure!
