I've been a French press coffee brewer for many years. Over that time I've had several presses, I should have bought this one long ago. It's larger capacity, pours very nice, and keeps three "big" cups of coffee hot. It doesn't get any better if you're a coffee snob like me!

Very Happy With My Purchase

I read the reviews before buying this French Press and I admit I hesitated before the purchase, but decided to still give it a try. I am glad now I purchased it. The main reason for me to buy it, was to keep my coffee hot and it definitely did. I was also afraid that the coffee grounds would go to my cup, but I was surprised id did not happen. Overall, I'm glad with this purchase. I make my hot coffee in the morning and as I am the only one drinking it in my house, when I don't finish it, I then put the rest in the fridge and enjoy an iced coffee for the afternoon.

Poor Product For Sustainability

I loved this press when the mesh filter was working. I've found it nearly impossible to replace this mesh filter. Although Stanley makes a big deal about it's sustainability, they don't advertise replacement filters...the one thing that makes this product actually work. If someone from the company can tell me how to purchase another mesh filter for my 48oz Classic French Press, I'll stand corrected and I will update this review with a 5 star one.

Spectacular French Press!

This Stanley French press makes awesome coffee and is 100% free if plastic. It keeps coffee much hotter in the insulated design of the pitcher than other coffee makers. I would highly suggest grinding your own beans very course to prevent coffee grinds in your coffee.
