Makes A Good Cup Of Coffee

Works well. Keeps coffee much warmer than my glass French Press. I normally make coffee for one, and it’s a bit large, but it will be perfect for two.

No One Likes To Chew Their Coffee

Screen assembly does not properly fit interior circumference which allows substantial volume of coffee grounds to slip past when plunger is depressed. Need to pour coffee through a second filter to be drinkable. From other reviews, this is a well documented product design/manufacture defect - very disappointing from an otherwise highly reputable company.

Expensive But Worth It

Very durable, worth paying extra versus the traditional glass. French press!!

Help With Parts

We love the press BUT I cannot find a replacement part for the screen. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes if we can get parts, no if not. I will gladly change my rating to a 5 if I get some help with the parts.
