Leaky

Leaky straw. Lid creates a vacuum so it even leaks standing straight up. Not usable. Warranty department ignored me

It leaks, too expensive for this cup to do this. I normally buy Stanley looks like Yeti will be getting my business

Terrible Straw Design

The straw design for this lid is terrible. The straw is not removable which means you cannot clean underneath it or clean the silicone gaskets in the lid. After some use it has developed a musty smell. Also, in order to close the straw you have to touch the piece that your mouth comes in contact with, I just find the straw to be unhygienic.
