I got this for Christmas and it keeps the water cold, BUT the jug leaks about every time that it's not upright. I am severely disappointed in the quality of this product. If the leaking problem were to be fixed then it'd be a perfect 5 stars. A leaking water bottle is close to useless so therefore it gets a 1.

Not What I Expected From Stanley
The straw doesn’t fit properly, which makes it hard to use. My 96-oz Stanley works perfectly, so I was surprised by this. Maybe it’s defective, but it’s too expensive to have functionality issues. Unfortunately, I won’t order this again.

Great Durability
I bought this jug back in September 2024, and I love my jug! I work outside in the South heat, and sometimes it does take a beating, too. The quality of the jug still looks the same as if I just got it. In the heat all day, my water still stayed cold for hours. I like the flip straw cause debris doesn't get in the straw. Overall, I love my pretty jug!
