Achilles Heel: Poor Craftsmanship/flimsy Materials

I've had this for two and a half weeks, and this is what it looks like. I do tree work, and I liked the features it had, i.e., the little hook thing and the straw. The straw was convenient. One little mishap, and it dented like cheap aluminum, and the handle bent. It keeps drinks cold, but that's about all there is to it. It's not a durable piece of gear. Based on other reviews I wouldn't bother with contacting customer service.
