It’s nearly impossible to open the flip straw piece to drink out of. I ordered two, a pink and a blue. The blue works fine. The pink is awful. My daughter actually leaves the flip straw mouth piece in the up position so she can drink out of it. Otherwise it takes a really strong adult open.

Great Jug
I really like the wide mouth so that I can put a lot of ice into it quickly. I also like that the flip straw locks into place and takes a little effort to open it because then I know it is secured and not going to spill all over.
