Achilles Heel: Poor Craftsmanship/flimsy Materials

I've had this for two and a half weeks, and this is what it looks like. I do tree work, and I liked the features it had, i.e., the little hook thing and the straw. The straw was convenient. One little mishap, and it dented like cheap aluminum, and the handle bent. It keeps drinks cold, but that's about all there is to it. It's not a durable piece of gear. Based on other reviews I wouldn't bother with contacting customer service.

If It Didn't Leak, It Would Have Five Stars.

Love the product but it does leak if it tips over. Because of its size, you can't put it in a cupholder, which is fine, but the fact you can't lay it on its side sitting in your car, makes it an issue and why I can't give it five stars.
