Manufacture Issue

Bought it for the good quality of holding everything cool for days but this one seems to have a manufacturing issue and doesnt hold up nothing, 2 3 hours is my drink warm oc iced melted. Would like to hear from your side how we can compesate or fix this

I received this as a present and was SO excited. The ice stays frozen for days. The major disappointment is that the lid is almost impossible to open due to the vacuum suction. I always have to find a man nearby to open for me
