Disappointed…the mesh pocket isn’t flexible or elastic, it cuts into the box’s space. So I you have a small thermos in there or a rigid container that isn’t completely flat, it barely fits. Such a design flaw. Also the insulating property isnt’t great, things don’t stay cold. The rough finishing on the exterior makes it really hard to clean.
