Backpack Itself: 4/5. Packaging: An Embarrassment.
The backpack is gorgeous. It fits two 40 oz tumblers in the side pockets and my 16-inch laptop slides right in with no issues. Genuinely impressed with the bag. Only complain on the bag itself: the zippers don't glide as smoothly as I'd expect at this price point, which knocks off a couple points. But the packaging? Absolutely unacceptable. The backpack was thrown directly into the shipping box with zero cushioning, and the box barely even fit it. By the time it arrived, the friction from the tight, bare packaging had left my brand new backpack visibly dirty. No bubble wrap, no tissue, nothing. The product is solid but not perfect. The shipping and packaging earns zero stars. Seller, please do better... this kind of lazy packaging is how you ruin a great product before the customer even opens it.

The Most Perfect Backpack You Will Ever Buy
I bought this about a month ago and I’m so surprised with the quality. I’ve tried Stanley coolers and lunch boxes and they are so difficult to open that they become useless. This is the exception to all of that. First of all it holds everything I need for work. Including all my cups. It doesn’t catch dirt or pet hair. The most comfortable straps. It’s lovely.

Versatile Stanley Backpack
I love this for the cup holders!!! That is 100% why I bought it and the reason it does not get 5 stars is the color. It is beautiful but not user friendly. If you plan to use it, it gets dirty extremely fast and I’m not sitting it on the floor/s. I’m very cautious where I put it and I shouldn’t have to do that with a backpack.

It looks amazing amd it has pockets that are useful but the cup pocket amd the inside are not that stretchy. I would expect that it would be given the price. My 40 oz stanley did not fit in the side pocket which was the main reason why i got it
