Low Rating Due To Dicks
This bag is roomy with many pockets. However, if you have things in the main compartment, then the bottom zip doesn't hold much or its awkward, lumpy and becomes cramped. It's nice that it holds quenchers. I tried this bag out and decided it wasn't for me so I sent it back. The reason for the low rating is actually due to DICKS poor service. I called customer service and they stated corporate deemed they couldn't resell it ( I used this less than a month ago handful of times) so they "sent it back." I was NEVER notified of this until I CALLED. When I asked for the tracking number I was told they don't have that. It can also take up to 2 weeks to receive my item back. Is this true? Unclear, as they wouldn't provide a tracking number. Now I have money spent and no product and I am being told to blindly trust someone who can't provide pertinent details for goods I purchased? Horrible way of doing business.

Almost Perfect
I found the bag was great for my Stanley plus a water bottle (or 2) but I wish there was more organizer space or more precisely more space to have things organized. The center pocket gets lost and if I try and put my lunch in the bottom and my laptop in the middle it becomes top heavy and falls over.
