Icy Cold, But A Pain To Open

I bought the Callia quite 30 ounce Tumblr about five weeks ago. I use it every single day. I am very impressed that I only need to fill it with a little bit of ice and 24 hours later that ice is still in there even though the liquid is gone. The reason I gave this tumbler three stars is because the lid gets stuck, and I have repeatedly strained my hands trying to unscrew it. I do see a lot of helpful tips on the Internet from other folks who have the same issue with the cap. Hot water, freezing, rubber, gloves, wrenches, etc.,. I really like this tumbler and now I’m looking to buy another one, but I’m hesitant to buy another Stanley. I know I could return it if the second one is defective like the first one, but I’m really straining my hands which I’ve already got peripheral neuropathy problems with. I don’t need to make it worse. I don’t even tighten it down all the way anymore. I think it’s a vacuum problem.

Good Old Stanley/same Old Dicks

Typical Stanley product, quality. ONE NEGATIVE!! Prices on Tumbler are not always accurate. You do not know the actual cost until item is scanned. It seems prices are based on color. I bought a couple of choices to the register and finally found one that was on sale. Checked web site when I got home,different colors were different prices, but were only available at the new Dicks in Ross. That was not true for I did find them at Dicks in Greensburg. What a pain!
