Terrible Shipping

The pole was damaged during the shipping process. They literally just put the pole inside a big long box and shipped it that way. Wasn’t even bubble wrapped or nothing was supporting it so it wouldn’t move around inside the box. It came shipped with garden steaks? Which I don’t know why that was used. The pole was scratched up and guides were damaged, uneven and weren’t aligned. The top eye of the rod was bent and crooked. I wouldn’t order a fishing pole from here anymore. I ordered one from the original maker (St. Criox Rod) and packaging was phenomenal.
