Dicks Make My Fishing Experience A Joy.

First, I am 78 years old. I have learned so very much about Bass fishing from two of your sales people. Both Aiden and Brodie keep me coming back. Friendly and very knowlegeable and have made my fishing so successful. It is worth the wait to just spend a few minutes and learn something. You should be proud to have them on your staff. I have purchased 3 St Croix top of the line rods and 3 Shimano Sidona spinning reels this month or so on Aiden's recommendation, and am in Bass fishing heaven. I get treated very special when ever I go to Dicks and honestly luv your store. TY

They Should Be Ashamed

I have 2 triumphs 1 medium and a medium lite ,both broken 4 inches from the top ,warranty is useless $60 processing fee 25 shipping each way 110 bucks same price as pole I also have a mojo salt which is great , so I’m not a st Croix hater the triumph series is garbage

Tip Broke After Two Uses

Bought this a week ago. Really liked the rod but the tip snapped after two uses. Normal use, nothing bad happened, it just snapped. Dick's refused to return or refund the purchase, stating that since it was used they won't accept it. They did say what I should have done was to purchase the protection plan when I bought it. I would have thought Dick's would stand behind the products they sell, but apparently not. And St.Croix has been unresponsive in requests for support as well.
