I bought this a month ago and I love it. I did read all the terrible delivery reviews and I had the delivery/assembly team pull a no show the first scheduled date, but after that they came the next time and everything went smoothly. The equipment itself is awesome and I highly recommend it.

Good Equipment, Terrible Experience
The machine itself is great. We are done ordering from Dicks after the mess of delivery and (lack of) free assembly. We ended up assembling it ourselves, which takes around 8 hours.

Great Durable And Smooth
This is a really nice machine and quality is good. Make sure to select home delivery and assembly (it comes in a million pieces). Highly recommend for those looking to work out more often in the convenience of your home.

Delivery Bad, Equipment Good
It only took 4 scheduled "deliveries" until they actually arrived. I took off of work and couldn't take my son to a christmas event because I was waiting for their confirmed scheduled delivery between 12:00 - 5:00. When I called to ask on a delivery update they were unaware that my shipmment was supposed to be delivered that day.

You’ll Never Get It.
As a previous reviewer mentioned if you order this item there is a chance you will never receive it. Dicks uses a company called AIT that supposedly delivers and assembles this product. I ordered the item a month ago and I have yet to receive it. I have taken off of work multiple times because the company has confirmed delivery dates and times however they never show up, this has happened 3 times. Dicks has been absolutely no help. They are just as bad as AIT . Very poor communication. I find it crazy to receive such poor customer service on such an expensive item. This is why companies like Amazon are taking over. I just want what I have paid for .
