Delivery Bad, Equipment Good

It only took 4 scheduled "deliveries" until they actually arrived. I took off of work and couldn't take my son to a christmas event because I was waiting for their confirmed scheduled delivery between 12:00 - 5:00. When I called to ask on a delivery update they were unaware that my shipmment was supposed to be delivered that day.

You’ll Never Get It.

As a previous reviewer mentioned if you order this item there is a chance you will never receive it. Dicks uses a company called AIT that supposedly delivers and assembles this product. I ordered the item a month ago and I have yet to receive it. I have taken off of work multiple times because the company has confirmed delivery dates and times however they never show up, this has happened 3 times. Dicks has been absolutely no help. They are just as bad as AIT . Very poor communication. I find it crazy to receive such poor customer service on such an expensive item. This is why companies like Amazon are taking over. I just want what I have paid for .

Ordered A Month Ago - Still Not Delivered

I bought this a month ago and still have received nothing. I thought buying through Dick’s Sporting Goods would ensure a good experience. But it has been anything but that. They contract with a company called AIT Worldwide for delivery and they are incompetent and nonresponsive. Very frustrating to pay thousands of dollars for such a subpar experience. At this point I’m just hoping that something actually shows up. AIT seems completely apathetic about customer service.
