Great product

Weak Internet And Small Steps

In an area with internet was not aware that it needs internet to function well , steps are small making it somewhat choppy

Over Priced

The product is good until it sleep mode that will not stop sleeping even if you touch the screen. You have to turn it off or unplug it to get started again. Now it’s been two whole months they say they did a software update but it’s still there. Every time I turn it off all my data is gone.

My Dream Stepper!!!!

I absolutely love this stepper. It was small enough to fit in my room, but big enough for me. It’s the best purchase I’ve made.!!!

I absolutely love my STEPR classic. Lots of options. It gives me a great workout whether I am wanting to just tone or get a good cardio workout in.

Great Machine. Monitor And Software Needs Improvement

We’ve been really impressed with the actual stair-climbing performance of the STEPR Stairclimber. The motion feels smooth, consistent, and very close to climbing real stairs. It provides a challenging workout and the build quality of the machine itself seems solid. From a purely mechanical standpoint, it’s one of the better stair climbers we’ve used.However, the biggest downside for us has been the monitor and software experience. The screen and interface tend to be slow to respond, and there is noticeable lag when navigating menus or starting workouts. At times it can feel frustrating when the hardware is great but the digital side doesn’t keep up with it.Overall, we really like the workout quality the STEPR provides and would absolutely recommend it for the stair-climbing performance alone. If the monitor and software responsiveness were improved, it would easily be an outstanding machine. As it stands, it’s a great climber with a software experience that still needs some work.

We absolutely love our stair stepper. We purchased it about a week ago and have already used each feature. I truly appreciate each setting for the machine. Some days I’ll use the timing and some days I’ll do the amount of steps. It’s perfect for all variations!

Great Machine

I have really enjoyed the stepr machine so far! The touchscreen interface is not the greatest but I am sure this will be improved as they continue to grow. The machine itself is very well built and has a small footprint as they state. I would definitely recommend the machine!

The Best

Perfect stair climber for residential use, fits in our house perfectly, touchscreen is responsive and easy to assemble, and best of all no subscription required!

Excited Use!!

Works great so far! I will say for what you’re paying for I wish it automatically came with the touch screen console.

Excellent Product

Machine works better than expected and I actually prefer 5” step height, easy to assemble. Step action as smooth as possible. I feel very comfortable on it at 6’2 245 lbs with speeds reaching up to 20. Certainly would not advice running the steps at my weight! Minor assembly gripes is that the handle/frame assembly is slightly crooked once everything is tightened down. I played around with it by loosening and retightening it but seems to belong in one spot. Not a huge deal as it does not impact the function. Overall I’m extremely happy with the purchase!

Stepr Classic

Just started using my Stepr this month. The Stepr itself is fantastic delivering a great cardio workout in a short time. While it is nice to stream shows and use the programs on the touch screen, as others have mentioned, it does lag and often freezes. I am still glad I have the screen for the option of programs just wish it were a bit more responsive.

Screen Doesn't Work As It Should

I have already started having issues with the unit and I have only had it since 12/18/2025 and have hardly been able to use it because of this issue. I have made complaints but nothing is fixing the issue and I have requested to have it returned but expect that to be an issue.

So Far Not A Good Unit And Would Like To Return

I am having issues with the unit connecting to the wifi and being usable as it was intended. Seems like this is an ongoing issue with your product and company with no attempt to actually fix the issue. I have recently seen several post and comments about how these units have screen and connectivity issues. I wanted a product that would work and do as it was intended and thought I had done the proper research to find a good product and now dealing with equipment issues is not what I was hoping to have to do. Below it ask frequent of use. I can't say I have been able to use it as I should have been able to because it does work as it should to be able to use it daily. At this moment I would 100% not recommend anyone to purchase a unit from you.
