Good Machine. Annoying Beep.

I like the machine but everytime you comple a "floor", it beeps which is extremely annoying. You zone it out after a while but it really bothers our dogs and apparantly you can turn off the beeping noise. I dont need a beep to tell me everytime I "cl

Has Yet To Work!

Never received promised 30 minute heads up on delivery day. Once it arrived, it took the assembly team 2 hours to assemble... And as of today, it still hasn't worked. I've been dealing with Stepr Tech Support, and after spending 3 plus hours taking videos, pictures and telephone conversations, still the same result. Now supposedly they are ordering a new lower control board which is supposed to be installed by a tech (when?)

First Time Buyer

I bought the Stepr Go from Dick's Sporting Goods. Super simple to assemble and overall great. However, the screen stopped working after 10 uses and all power connection is secure. Was working fine the day before, went to turn it on and nothing displays on the screen. I verified all power connections and connections to the screen itself and still no luck along with a humming noise coming from the controller box indicating a motor or mechanical issue. Very disappointing. Hoping Stepr is able to fix this as I've only had it for a few weeks now.
