First Time Buyer

I bought the Stepr Go from Dick's Sporting Goods. Super simple to assemble and overall great. However, the screen stopped working after 10 uses and all power connection is secure. Was working fine the day before, went to turn it on and nothing displays on the screen. I verified all power connections and connections to the screen itself and still no luck along with a humming noise coming from the controller box indicating a motor or mechanical issue. Very disappointing. Hoping Stepr is able to fix this as I've only had it for a few weeks now.

Love my Stepr GO! The compact design is awesome for fitting anywhere in the house. It makes it easy and convenient to get my cardio in. 100% recommend for anyone looking into the machine

Great Home Trainer Firemedic

This fits perfectly in my home. I am a firefighter paramedic as well as a military veteran who participates in stadium runs, obstacle runs, etc. The one suggestion I just made to the company is that there is no training manual on how to use the panel or no YouTube video, etc... they are working on that going forward. In addition I live in Florida. I highly recommend that you keep your machine unplugged. Get a high-quality surge protector, plug it in first turn the surge protector on then turn the machine on this way you can protect it from the lightning and surges. If you have a machine that needs to update and you don't use it for a while you should plug it in periodically so we can update my home is eccentric. I use my living room mainly for training. You can see. I have quite a bit of fitness equipment, but it fits perfectly in between my treadmill, my bike and rowing machine. One other thing I do do is I cover all my machines with decorative blanket/comforters to keep dust, etc. from getting into the machine steps, etc. the company has been very responsive to my questions and needs. I did a lot of research on machines I felt this would be the safest and fit best in my space.

Took A While But Like It

I received a defective piece of equipment. It took 2 weeks before I was able to use it. Now that it’s Operational I absolutely love it.

Received A Broken Machine

Honestly this has been one of the most frustrating products I have ever bought. We get the stepr and put it together and we find out it doesn’t work. We take apart to see if we did something wrong and nope it’s not us. This machine is made from cheap materials and there is nothing super complicated about its design. I am still waiting for them to refund me after I’ve had to return it. Do not buy this product!! Get an actual stair master mine is so much better than this garbage.
