Constant Equipment Malfunction

I purchased this mid October of last year. Within a month of owning and and using it less than 10 times, the screen completely stopped working. Screen won't turn on, all correct power connections, and humming noise coming from the motor. It took multiple weeks for them to even consider what to do next. It took over a month to order parts, find a technician, and get a new one replaced. Once replaced, all went back to normal. Then this week (Jan 24, 2026) & less than a month later and the same issue occurred. Again, have only used it 5 times since repair. I even leave the Stepr unplugged when not in use to prevent any electrical interferences. I have consistently reached out to Stepr to seek support and resolution and no answer. I am highly disappointed in their attentiveness and urgency to this matter and highly disappointed in the quality of this product due the constant malfunction. This is a huge investment for my home gym and now have a useless piece of equipment.

Perfect For My Garage Gym

I wanted something small and non-invasive to fit into my workout dungeon, but didn't expect me to be addicted to stepping! Great glute training even on this smaller unit, and so easy to install, operate and maintain. Love it

Perfect Zone 2 Cardio For Lifting Days

I lift 5-6 days a week and mainly wanted a cardio option that wouldn’t interfere with leg recovery or spike my heart rate too aggressively. The STEPR GO has been perfect for that.I use it mostly for steady Zone 2 sessions and it’s easy to lock into a sustainable pace while still getting a solid sweat. It’s low impact, doesn’t beat up my joints, and actually feels better on my knees than incline walking or cycling.What surprised me most is how controlled the effort feels. I can stay aerobic, focus on breathing, and still feel my calves and glutes working without compromising my lifting sessions later in the day.For anyone focused on hypertrophy but still serious about cardiovascular health, this has been a great addition. Big fan of STEPR and how well this fits into a structured training plan.

A Game Changer For Home Workouts, Love My Stepr!

I’ve been pretty into fitness for a while and wanted something for cardio that didn’t destroy my knees or take up a ton of space so hubby bought me the STEPR GO and its been such a good surprise...it’s compact, easy to set up (thanks bub), and way harder than it looks! The stair motion feels smooth and natural and my heart rate gets me to a zone 2 easier than my old treadmill. I can do 15–25 minutes and be feeling great, which I love on busy days. It’s low impact but still burns, especially in my legs and glutes. I’ve used a nordictrack treadmill before and usually get bored, but I actually enjoy using this so much more. It feels super efficient... Big fan of STEPR Go overall. Solid build, great workout, and it actually fits in my home without taking over the room.
