Came Broken, Then Never Re-shipped.

Ordered a Stepr 2 months ago with white glove delivery. The product came very badly damaged and so I had to decline the delivery. Asked for a refund and re-ordered, now Dicks won't give me a shipping estimate, despite being more than happy to take my money. The Stepr might be great, but I guess I'll never know because Dicks has some of the most incompetent management and delivery systems I've ever seen. If you really want a Stepr I'd just recommend ordering it through their website. Resistance, Dimensions, Connectivity, Interface, Mechanics. AI Slop.

I got this a month ago and love having a stair climber at home. It's a big box but fairly straightforward to assemble, took me about an hour and after a software update, I was stepping and haven't stopped since using it most days.

Still Waiting...

After reading the great reviews, I decided to order the STEPR on January 15th using the current promotion of free "white glove" delivery and assembly. After getting a call a few days later from the delivery service about delivery, I was informed they don't assemble or even bring into the house. I contacted Dick's multiple times and tried to get an answer on the assembly and promised this would be taken care of w/in 24 hours. It wasn't. Two weeks later, still no STEPR, I was contact by a company rep apologizing and assuring me that she would sort everything out. She confirmed via email that the delivery would be on 2/5 and a separate assembly team would be there the same day to bring the box into the house and assemble. The STEPR was delivered and no assembly team. I contacted the STEPR and DICK's and still no arrangements have been made to move the STEPR out of the middle of my garage. I have had to call/chat over a dozen times to get this resolved. Broken assurances from both Dick's and STEPR. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Stair Climber With Epic Screen

Love my STEPR for the fact it's a stair climber with an epic screen and allows me to get my cardio and workouts in whilst being fully entertained, mostly with either Netflix or Youtube right from inside the app... have done a few of the on-demand classes and they aren't quiet as good a my Peloton's but still great quality and the coaches get me through tough workouts...
