Great Unit So Far

We have this in our company gym and it works great! Charges your phone and has tons more modes than the commercial gym units down the street.

Great Purchase

Very happy with my STEPR pro. My only complaint would be the screen is a bit finicky and I’ve been unable to get the YouTube App working without an error. The mechanics of actually climbing stairs is perfect.

Great Machince

I would give it 5 stars if the machine pulled workout data into its own app, which could then pull it into the health app to record workouts so I wouldn’t have to manually enter.

Awesome Home Cardio Equipment

I was never a fan of stair machines but I bought this for my wife and now I use it every day for a brutal cardio workout

Great Step Machine!

Love this machine! Provides a great workout and you will come off the machine drenched in sweat! The resistance feels smooth and natural and user friendly.

The Machine I Love And Hate All At The Same Time!

I’ve been wanting a stairclimber for years and finally decided on the STEPR. I did not want one that had a touchscreen and wanted simplicity so I didn’t need to worry about technology issues. I ended up with the Pro Classic and I’m so happy with my choice! It does everything I need and is so quiet! The step size is perfect and I’m glad I opted for the larger machine and not the smaller footprint. The only negative, is be prepared that shipping can take quite awhile. I had to deal with several shipping/logistics companies and it took about a month to get here. However, STEPR was very helpful and communicative when I reached out with my concerns about the delays. They helped get things moving rather quickly after that.

Screen Freezes

Every time we go to use the STEPR the screen is frozen. We have to unplug the machine and do a full reboot. Very frustrating.

Great Product But Warranty Not Good!!!!

I registered my product - the STEPR pro+ But o live in UK and it only allows you to register using a USA address

Just Received!

I just received my STEPR Pro+ 2 days ago, and finished putting it together yesterday. So, I haven’t had to opportunity to really use it and figure out everything just yet. Once, I do I will give my honest review. Product packaging was definitely an A+.

Perfect Home Gym Addition

Our STEPR was easy to setup and has a sturdy commercial feel. After months of daily use it has been the perfect addition to our home gym.

Software Updat Malfunction

Was enjoying the unit until STEPR tried to do a software update. The update does not work and the STEPR is not usable until the company gets the update glitch fixed. Company expects a fix this week or next.Only had the product about 1 month. Seems to be very good except for this SW problem. Would give it a 5 except for that.

Love It

Overall the Stepr Pro is without doubt my most used gym equipment. We feel rejuvenated after using it. My only issue is that at the conclusion of all the workouts I get error code. I have tried troubleshooting but still unable to resolve the issue. I have attached a photo. If you can help resolve we would appreciate it.

Love It.

Unfortunately I seriously injured my foot last year which permanently ended my lifelong love of running. So I needed a piece of equipment that provided a more vigorous workout than simply walking on a treadmill. The Stepr has filled the gap in my workouts perfectly. My spouse and I love this machine. And we’ve used it everyday since we got it. Couldn’t be happier.
