The Machine I Love And Hate All At The Same Time!

I’ve been wanting a stairclimber for years and finally decided on the STEPR. I did not want one that had a touchscreen and wanted simplicity so I didn’t need to worry about technology issues. I ended up with the Pro Classic and I’m so happy with my choice! It does everything I need and is so quiet! The step size is perfect and I’m glad I opted for the larger machine and not the smaller footprint. The only negative, is be prepared that shipping can take quite awhile. I had to deal with several shipping/logistics companies and it took about a month to get here. However, STEPR was very helpful and communicative when I reached out with my concerns about the delays. They helped get things moving rather quickly after that.

Screen Freezes

Every time we go to use the STEPR the screen is frozen. We have to unplug the machine and do a full reboot. Very frustrating.

Great Product But Warranty Not Good!!!!

I registered my product - the STEPR pro+ But o live in UK and it only allows you to register using a USA address

Love Both Stepr Machines We Own, But The Pro Hits Different

We started with the STEPR GO for our home gym and loved it so much that when we set up our vacation home and had more space, we upgraded to the STEPR Pro. Honestly, best decision. The GO is perfect for everyday use and smaller spaces. Easy to jump on, great cardio, and way harder than it looks. But the Pro is on another level. It feels smoother, more powerful, and just overall more solid. Longer sessions feel better and the workout feels more “gym quality.” I love both for different reasons, but the Pro definitely hits different. If you’ve got the space for it, it’s worth it. Big fan of STEPR overall and happy we have both setups.

Just Received!

I just received my STEPR Pro+ 2 days ago, and finished putting it together yesterday. So, I haven’t had to opportunity to really use it and figure out everything just yet. Once, I do I will give my honest review. Product packaging was definitely an A+.
