Quality Item But Not Practical

This looks like a good towel, but I don't see the usefulness of attaching it to a club. Gift from my wife.

Not The Product! Store Issue

I have a black towel now just wanted a new. The towel was not the problem! Today was not the first time, I have receive bonus cards in the mail. I had two in December on expired on Dec 25, 2025 the other expired February 2026. Today I tried to use the second card and the store said was not my name. The manager took care with the issue. So when I got home I tried logging into account to check on rewards. Did not see me. I then tried starting over and logged in with the credentials I have on record. Worked! The bonus card should have my name printed. In the past they would say I have used it. I shrugged off but now not so surtain. You have issues with bonus cards!!!!!

1st time to this location. This store was much larger, 2-floors. I really didn’t know where I could find what I needed. No one asked me if I needed help, like they do at all other locations.
