Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ping Pong Gone Wrong! ! ! Easy to follow instructions. Predrilled holes were properly placed. Lots of pieces including 100 1//4 in. screws. Took two days. I did it myself with only little assistance. 57 yr. old woman who knows how to handle a screw drivers can put table together. Okay maybe need to be handy with doing construction jobs like roofing or tiling a walk in bathroom shower. Anyway that does nothing with the quality of this product. Two problems: No instructions on how to fold table without breaking off flimsy skirting: and table top/playing surface is too flimsy and nothing more than particle board making breaking too easy. 1/4 in screws just rip out too easily. I would not recommend buying!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap Materials Although this was the cheapest ping pong table we saw at Dick's, it is still way too expensive for the quality. First off, the instructions were terrible considering they did not put details into how to identify which screws are the ones to be used (unless you measure them). Secondly, we were missing a set of spacers and one of the screws was defective (no twists, just flat). Lastly, just after putting the table together, the wood is so cheap the screws had started popping out because the wood would not hold them in. It took us hours to put the table together because of how poorly the instructions were written and how we had to fix things that were breaking already. We can't even fold the table up without something falling apart.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT TABLE!!! IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS I was very hesitant to buy this table because of all the bad reviews. So many people were saying it was junk and too difficult to install and the screws strip out etc...Listen, if you have no idea which end of the hammer to hold, and you cant even put a screw in, or read directions, then maybe you should buy one pre-assembled. The one star reviews on this product are obviously for the actual person who put it together. Give yourself one star, not the table. You're special. Deal with it. Heres a real review.Product is great. Instructions are clear and easy to read. Me and a couple buddies got it together in less than 2 hours. Put all the screws in by hand, no problems with them stripping or pulling out. Table folds up great, rolls around great, and plays perfect. Granted, if you jump on it like an idiot, it will probably break. If you try and put it together by yourself it will probably be a lot harder and you'll probably mess something up. But are you going to play ping pong by yourself? No. So invite the people over who are going to be using it and have them give you a hand. I hate when people give bad reviews just because they did a terrible job putting something together. The product is fine people. If you have a brain, know how to use it, and feel comfortable following directions, you will definitely love this ping pong table. Its great in my opinion. Five Star Review from a Five Star O.G.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for.... So pay more This table seems very fragile, top is easily scratched, casters had to be smashed into the supports, instructions kind of suck, best of all is that the net that came with table doesn't fit... Even with velcro side fully open, the net won't stretch all the way across.. Seriously, the easiest part of the table build was so frustrating and had to use string to keep the net up.... All in all the build took about 2.5 hours Honestly Buy a better table... Skip this... I'm only happy with this because we wanted to play table tennis, wish I could return and upgrade... DO NOT BUY

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor enjoy it but they arent big enough to get it yet We were really excited to bring a ping pong table home for Christmas, we looked around a bit and decided on this table, it was mid-tier for what was offered, the high end table was over $800. We paid $240ish for this table and have been thoughly disappointed. The screws provided aren't large enough to stay in the table, a few little bumps or bangs and screws start falling out of the table, one side of the table was also very warped, DONT waste your money on this table, honestly worth $50 new, not $200

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Table is junk! Purchased this table last year for a Christmas present for my son. All of the hardware is so small that it doesn’t stay tight or do it’s job holding the table or the exterior molding on properly. You’d think a quick fix would be to buy or add heavier screws but the tabletop is so thin that you’d screw through and ruin the table. Spend the extra and buy the 4000 series table!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor material and poor design of this table. If I could give this zero stars, I would. As many other comments noted, the design of the very small - 3/8" long screws connecting the legs to the top doesn't work and Stiga should know this by now and redesign the table or take it off the market. I have spent many years manufacturing products using particle board and fiberboard, and I could have designed this table without adding cost so that it would work as it should. I haven't decided to take it back for a refund or fix it like to it should have done in the Stiga factory. I bought this table for my grandson and it took two hours to assemble and the short screws didn't hold despite being careful not to overtighten them. Horrible, horrible products. Stiga, get this piece of junk off the market!!! Bob Ferguson

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Screws pull out and it's useless! DO NOT BUY FOR ANY PRICE! You are basically putting very small screws into fiber board and if you move this a couple times, the screws pull out and you can't put them back in because there is nothing for the screw to latch on to. This should have reinforcements that are steel in order to go together in a solid manner. Always check for this before buying any table tennis system. This one is total trash and I can't even believe they sell it. Once again, save your money and buy a better one that won't fall apart! I hope this helped.
