Great Table, Delivery Service Not Recommended

Table is great. Delivery was originally scheduled for 12/28 and they did not show nor call. I called them the next day and they rescheduled. Then, they said the table was lost. A couple days later, they said it was found. Then they finally delivered it but did not assemble or carry it to the room of choice as we paid for. So I had to unbox in the garage and carry pieces down by myself. Delivery was disorganized, delayed, and unprofessional. Did not get what I paid for in delivery.

Very High Quality Ping Pong Table For The Price

We bought this around Black Friday weekend at a great price, and we are very happy with the overall quality of this table so far! For the price this is a MUCH better table than I could find on Amazon or at other nearby stores. Where we live delivery was important. Unfortunately the delivery & assembly was VERY expensive and frustrating. The first time they scheduled delivery, they cancelled during the delivery window, simply saying our table was 'unavailable'. So we didn't get this for Christmas as we had planned. Then after calling AIT (delivery company), and getting very little assistance, they finally got back to me a few weeks later to schedule a 2nd delivery. This time we got the table, however given the quick assembly (<15 mins) and location in our garage, I feel we WAY overpaid for delivery & assembly, not to mention the hassle of not getting it when expected. So I highly recommend this product but not the delivery and assembly
