I originally bought my daughter a size 3 and it was way to tight. I returned and ordered a 4, which was way to loose.

Great Head Gear

Bought this for my 13 yo son for soccer. Fits his head perfectly and is very comfortable so he will wear it . measures his head and ordered 1 size up and fits perfect. It is snug without alot of stretch so I suggest to order 1 size up according to the size guide.

Excellent Product

Despite my doubts and reviews that I read, this product is excellent. Make sure you measure your child's head before ordering one. I did and the recommended size fit perfectly! Over time the headband is supposed to mold to your child's head. I also thought it would be too heavy for my 9 yr old but it isn't. Not sure about durability since we have only had it for a few weeks.

Great Band

My daughter had 2 concussions from soccer so I get her one of these. With her longer hair this works perfect! It is subtle but stays in place. Luckily we haven’t had to test how well it works when sustaining a blow to the head!!!

Worth Every Penny And Then Some.

My son had a severe concussion playing basketball. He plays 100 mph and is a fantastic athlete. We have used this product for him during soccer and this past basketball season. There have been a few times where I'm positive this headbrace has prevented another injury. He doesn't play without it. The first one has lasted a soccer season and a basketball season. Getting kinda funky. Getting another one soon. Highly recommended.

This is not only for soccer, we bought this item for our daughter because of basketball concussion. She has been wearing it for several months and it has helped multiple times.

Size Chart Inaccurate

I ordered according to the measurements, but we had to send it back because it is too big. I ordered the smaller size and we are waiting to receive it...

Should Be Required...

There are so many concussions in sports these days, that head guards should be part of the required uniform in soccer. (We see way too many head collisions, even at the U12 level.) My son loves his Storelli, especially since it doesn't hurt when he heads the ball. The guards are not adjustable, so the sizing is a little tricky. (We bought my son the size 2 at age 10 and jumped to the size 4 at age 11.) I throw his head guard in the washer on the hand wash cycle, and after 2 years, it still looks new. I just wish they were a little less money since the kids outgrow things so quickly.

Does The Job

My son plays keeper, and this head guard has made us more comfortable with him playing this position. Well made, provides superior protection, without compromising comfort. The open design ensures that it's not to warm, and allows breath ability. Size runs true, so measure carefully, and if close, go with the larger size because it will fit snug, but did slightly loosen up through repeated ware. The other kids on the team loved it, and all had to try it on. All in all, very satisfied.

Worth The $$

Very thankful for this product. I did a lot of research and this is by far the most protective headband. Sizing is accurate if you do proper sizing - I like that there is no adjustment because it makes it less bulky and it does not affect heading the ball. The foam is very protective, more than the other headbands I had looked at. Worth the money, head protection is something you don't want to skimp on.

Proper Fit Is Frustrating

Seems like it will do the job. Way to much money should be 30.00 not 60.00 . There are also no adjustments

Thankful For This Product

My son actually got a mild concussion while wearing this guard. It does not fully protect you from a concussion but all I can think about is how bad it would have been if he hadn't been wearing this?! SO thankful for this product! He also said it didn't mess with headers at all and fits great. Highly recommend.
