Catch Release
The KVD 200 dives between 4-7 feet on a braid to 10 lb, 12 foot fluorocarbon leader depending on how far you cast and how long you crank it down. I'm able to cast it like a bullet on both a spinning and baitcasting rod because of the weight transfer system and shape of the bait. It has a wide, erratic darting action that works well to trigger a strike. The bait does suspend on the pause in water temps between 62 F and 72 F that I've used it. I was very impressed with the realism of the natural bream color I ordered and it seemed to fool the bass too. Sharp hooks, but not sticky sharp. Overall a good jerkbait to keep in my rotation that doesn't break the bank.

Online photo shows 2 hooks as in KVD HCKVDJ200 models. I received the longer 3 hook lure as in KVD HCKVDJ300 models. Had to send entire order back and probably will not receive the ones I ordered.

Size 4 hooks have helped me catch hundreds of fish and release them without having to replace the hooks!

I've used the Rapala X-Raps for years, and they are great baits. I have to say though Strike King models such as this bait are much more durable and produce just as many fish.
