Terrible Manager
My son went on his own and purchased adult gloves by accident. I went back to swap them out and could see why he made the error. Area was a disaster and mismarked. Nothing was labeled as youth or adult. When I was trying to find the correct size, I had to lap the store several times to try to find someone. I decided to go up to the front and return them instead of swapping out and go to the Lacrosse Unlimited. When I attempted to return I was told the system would only issue a store refund because it was a third party card. Had I known the money wouldnt go back to his card, I would have sent him with cash. The manager also poorly explained it to me and the young kid behind the counter explained far better than the manager. I was rightly annoyed because it makes no sense and there is nothing posted and no way to know and the gloves were $140. I never yelled, was not rude, but was clearly annoyed. Your manager at that point told me he would have helped me but he didn't like my attitude so he wasn't going to do anything to help me. This was at your Farmington location. Inexcusable. The manager is there all the time so I will never go back to that location. I went over to Manchester and was able to locate someone to help me find the correct gloves for youth. They were extremely helpful and helped dig around to find the right gloves. The manager in Farmington should be paying attention to his staff grouped in clumps not helping customers and not joking around. He should be paying attention to what's going around him. Telling a customer he would have helped but he didn't want to anymore is a poor excuse for a manger.

Major Upgrade For My Boys To Protect Their Hands
I had two boys in lacrosse started off with the intermediate Maverick gear and we’ve slowly converted over to the STX cell brand. These gloves are phenomenal breathe well flex well good protection.

Great Product
This is my son's second pair of lacrosse gloves and he is loving them. He scored 2 goals the day after he got them and says it was the definitely the gloves, lol.
