Great profile for scooping ground balls, sidewalls allow for a nice mid-high pocket. Nice, sturdy, hard head to handle checks.

Great Head That Warps Too Easily
I have used STX heads for all of my lacrosse career. I bought this head about a month or so ago and I really liked it. After using it for a couple of games and practices, it got completely warped to where I couldn't even pass and catch with it. I bought the same head and got the same results. I took good care of the head, and I am not known to throw big mean checks, but somehow, it warped so easily. If you are an elite player playing at a high level, beware! This head is not built to last! I am switching to an STX X20 and hoping for better results.

I got a tank 2.0 a little while back and unfortunately it warped after a month of using it so I decided to switch to the hammer 900 and let me be the first to say I’m glad I did. I’ve had this head for three weeks now and it’s haven’t warped at all I’m very pleased with the fact it doesn’t have a lot of whip. Overall I would rate this head #1 and would recommend it over the omega because the omega breaks to often and I’ve gotten this to last. Great head would recommend to anyone
