Good But Too Long
The length seems to affect mobility, particularly the piece that covers the whole elbow area. We returned and went with the shorter STX Cell VI arm pad instead.

Great Arm Guards!
I bought these a few weeks ago because I needed an upgrade from my old college elbow pads. I have been using them for box lacrosse and they provide great protection and plenty of mobility. I am 5'8. I got the Large size and they cover the entire arm from mid bicep to gloves. Very surprised at how well they protect while still feeling like I'm not even wearing them. The velcro strap hold up during play. But sometimes I don't even need them because of how well the arm sleeve fits. Would highly recommend. 10/10.
