The item looked great, but it was too big for my son even after I checked the measurements. I would recommend sizing down, as it seems to run large.

Nice Pads, Sleek, Offer Good Protection.
I would give these pads 5 stars except for the fact that there are adjustable straps for the chest area underneath the armpits. Sometimes they don’t stay in place and according to my child the can become uncomfortable and “ annoying” (insert eye roll). The quality is great though.

Decent Pads For Beginner To Moderate Use
These are decent shoulder pads, only issue I've had is the velcro on the front wears out, and no longer works. Has caused us to replace because it can't be fixed.

Odd Fit
14 1/2 yr old son wears Men’s Small shirts. Ordered this chest protector for lacrosse in a youth medium bc we were told it needed to be snug and it was too small. Returned and ordered a youth large and it’s too big even with the Velcro cinched. Might just have to deal with it and expect him to grow between now and lacrosse season

again the color was what my son wanted and he got it. when purchasing all pieces of his equipment i didnt realize there was a deal that came with it so when i calculated the price in my head, it was a lot more than what we paid for. but when we checked out, it was a lot less than what i had figured it would be.
