Purchased this for a family beach trip. Love the beach... hate the sun. This was perfect. Quick/easy setup - I actually think it was kind of fun. It wasn't crazy windy, but the tent seemed quite sturdy. Had to move it when the tide suddenly came in... was quick and easy.

Not Great...review By Fl Resident Beach Regulars (Bluf: Get A Shibumi!)
If you are at the beach with any significant breeze, the Sun Ninja is very difficult to set up. We were at Florida's Gulf Coast in a 15+ mph wind (granted, more than usual for the Gulf) and it took three teens/adults quite some time to stabilize the corners with enough beach sand to keep the poles in place, which were not extended to the point you could stand under the shade. And yes we watched all the YoutTube set up videos :-). The "8-person" Sun Ninja size cast a shaddow barely larger than our mini Shibumi. I wish we could retun the Sun Ninja but we've already used it. The next beach shade we buy will be the regular size Shibumi. It's definitely more expensive but the super easy set up, light weight, and wind assist accessory pack make it 100% a superior option.

Great Tent
I bought this tent a few weeks ago and it is great. It’s easy to set up and take down. I like that it is easy to carry and not too bulky.
It provides plenty of shade to help us enjoy the beach more.

Good Size
Good size coverage. Says 8 person but more like 4-6. Not difficult to put up and take down. We used all week at the beach.

Fantastic Beach Accessory
As a frequent beach goer, I have tried many types of umbrellas/tent for sun protection such as Cool Cabana, Tommy Bahama and Shibumi. By far, Sun Ninja is the best product to date.
Between the consistent sun coverage, UV protection and height of the poles, it is a no brainer purchase. The setup and takedown of the Ninja is extremely simple, as well as the compact storage provided. Even on windy days, we have not had issues with this umbrella staying put - as long as you fill the sandbags plus some. The number of complements and requests for links we have received on the beach is more than any product we have used.
Hopefully, Sun Ninja comes out with additional beach products to add to our collection!

A Ton Of Shade And Easy To Use
Bought this product after I saw others on the beach. Love how it all fits into a small bag and lightweight.
I bought two of the XL size to make a bigger shaded space and it was so easy. Key to remember is the more sand the better!
