Terrific Life Companion

I bought mine in Santa Fe 22 years ago. Worn it day in and day out all those years of gardening, hiking, rafting and stacking wood. I've loved my hat - the shade and the vents really work well in the heat on both sides of the US. The only thing that ever broke was the stampede string and that had to do with a puppy chewing it.

I'm a mail lady in CA and been using the hat for 19 years. It is very durable and keeps the sun off my neck

Great Hats!

I have a big head. Before Sunday Afternoons I could not wear a hat. In 2017 I visited Peru (my hometown country and my friends introduced me to SA’s hats Since then, I am in my number 4 hat. I also buy them for mu husband, children and grandchildren,  Best hats ever!

Keep Coming Back.

I come back to buy several of these every couple of years. My dad loves being outside. I repurchase as he needs. He has one for the woods, one for yard work, one in the car, etc. Skin cancer runs in our family and this is a staple hat for us. Nice ventilation, good sun coverage, nice and cool, and the strap is great for those windy days.

Color Is More Gray Than Olive

The olive terrain color is much more gray than it is green.

Awesome Multi-season Hat!

I've had my had a few weeks, and I love it! I can wear it over a lightweight stocking cap, which is great because we've been having chilly, bright days in early March.

All Around Great Hat

My dermatologist recommended Sunday Afternoons and I’m really glad she did. For health reasons, more than ever, I need to really hide from sun exposure but I am not one to just stay inside. I’m usually an Akubra girl, but the Adventure Hat has better coverage and the ventilation makes it so much more comfortable in these increasingly hot summer days. It’s sturdy, comfortable and adjustable. The chin strap is effective and keeps the hat on even in a strong gust. It’s attractive too; I’ve had many compliments on it and it even inspired my cousin to buy a couple Sunday Afternoon hats for herself. It is unquestionably an all-around great hat.
